SF Palo Blanco Project Overview

SF Palo Blanco EAS is the legal entity designated for the ownership and development of the farm La Bella and its related activities.

This project is independently owned by a returning investor who, upon visiting after his first investment in one of our CIS, recognized the potential of the region and our operating mechanism and business model.

A farm has been selected for purchase in a strategic location bordering linea 11 (important road) with high potential for value appreciation - the road is included in the national plan for asphalted roads of the Chaco region.

The farm is fully developed, pastures and all infrastructure required for immediate production is already in place.

UPDATE:

- Estancia La Bella has been signed for purchase and will be integrated and taken into possession of SF Management in September of '25
