- The initially purchased farm is 50% through the development stage as of August '25

Lone Bull Paraguay

Status: Independently owned

Lone Bull Paraguay is an independently owned investment project in prime farmland. In terms of land size, Lone Bull represents the largest surface area for farms under Southern Farmlands operation and management platform.

At this stage, a designated farm consisting of virgin land (undeveloped) is being acquired for immediate development. The farm has since been developed and more properties purchased.

Southern Farmlands was tasked with the selection, due diligence and acquisition process, development and operation of the farm.

One of main goals of this project - besides highest standard cattle farming - is a focus on holistic and ecological farming with a unique development design for the farm.

The farm will be integrated into the shared assets and resources concept for machinery, employees and office usage, etc. to obtain increased economy of scale.
