SF Coronillo / La Linda

SF Coronillo EAS is the legal entity designated for the ownership and development of the farm La Linda and its related activities.
The project was formed through the demand for an independently owned farm by one of our legacy investors in Southern Farmlands who have been participating in various projects since 2016 - thus it represents a great success in demonstrating the feasibility an sustainability of our business in the Chaco.
- Southern Farmlands was tasked with the selection of a farm with specific requirements for size and location.
- A fitting farm has been sourced and selected for purchase.
- The farm is fully developed and strategically located. It is in close access to a major road and vicinity to towns and suppliers, reducing transport costs while geographically diversifying the investment group to different rain zones in the Central Western Chaco region.
UPDATE:
- Estancia La Linda will be integrated and taken into possession of SF Management in September of '25
- The farm has grown pastures, working infrastructure an housing in place and can be produced immediately
