3 Águilas S.A. Project Overview

3 Águilas S.A. is the legal entity designated for the ownership and development of the farm Las Trincheras and its related activities.

The project consists of prime farmland in a privileged location against the linea 11 road with highest quality soils for the western Chaco. Estancia Trincheras is of 4,000 hectares with an approved development plan for roughly 50% of the surface.

• Southern Farmlands was tasked with the development and supervision of the farm.
  

• Once the development stage is complete, Southern Farmlands will be responsible for the operation of the farm through our turn-key management solution.

• The farm will be integrated into the shared assets and resources concept for machinery, employees and office usage, etc. to obtain increased economy of scale.

UPDATE:

- Estancia Las Trincheras is currently being developed, pastures are being formed as of June '24

- The farm has full grown pastures, infrastructure (fencing, water, etc) is being developed by Southern Farmlands mid '25
