Dijon S.A. is the legal entity designated for the ownership and development of the farm San Jorge and its related activities.

The project consists of virgin land in the central West of the Paraguayan Chaco that was previously owned by consortium of individual investors.

• Southern Farmlands was tasked with sourcing capital for development of the property, as well as the future management and operation.
  

• A turnkey solution was provided through a private third-party capital integration which will be used to develop and subsequently produce cattle.
  

• A foreseen goal of this project is to integrate large-scale irrigation systems next to traditional cattle production, appreciating the privileged location of the farm with multiple accesses to vast amounts of freshwater.
